So Long, and Thanks for the Enthusiasm
Erin came to me today and politely told me that he would like to withdraw from the band on terms of musical and creative differences. This came as a little bit of a blow, but to be honest, I really wasn’t surprised. I’d been afraid of this for a long time, but I’d sort of hoped that he would overlook that and stick around. After all, he and I had been the only members of the original lineup left at this point, and I kinda liked the idea of there being at least a PART of the old crew.
It feels like I’m in a completely different band. How strange. Let us hope that there won’t be any other bittersweet situations like this…
